Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2023 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility:

   -  You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt.

   - The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

   - Custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and certain non-returnable items (as specified on our website or product listings) are exempt from return.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 2. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thenorthernsouk@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

   - Include the RMA number on the return package, along with your contact information and a brief explanation for the return.

   - Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Options:

   - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

   - The refund will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

   - If the original payment method is not available, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.

   -  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  - If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Thenorthernsouk@gmail.com.

5. Restocking Fee:

   - We do not charge a restocking fee for most returns. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for certain items, as outlined on our website or product listings

6. Damaged or defective items:

   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

   - We may request photographic evidence or ask you to return the item for inspection.

   - If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, please contact respective shipping service and open a claim

7. Exchanges:

   - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
